What to expect from a session?

I work very intuitively. This means each session goes off in a different way. However, we usually start by exploring together the topic that was chosen for the session. We have a look at the emotions that are involved for you and, if appropriate, also at their roots. Then we go into the resolution and transformation of your issue, whereby I gently guide you through the entire process. My main goal here is to make the transformation as gentle yet effective for you as possible.
A session usually takes between 60 and 100 minutes.

How to prepare for a session?

Actually, you do not need to prepare for a session with me. Please allow up to 2 hours of undisturbed time. If you have a headset it would be good to use that. Set up the computer or tablet so that you are comfortable and I can see your face.

What software or app do I need?

I usually work with Zoom, a free program that runs very stable on all systems. Usually not even an installation is needed. I’ll send you a link that you click just before our appointment starts. This will automatically redirect you to our private meeting room. If you have never worked with Zoom before, please try the link before to make sure that everything works well.

How to schedule a session?

Sessions can be scheduled via the contact form, by e-mail to jana[at] or on Facebook via Messenger. Please let me know which time zone you are in and when you will be available for a call in the next few days. I will then get back to you as soon as possible with suggestions for an appointment.

How can I pay for your services?

The preferred payment method is bank transfer, but you can also pay via PayPal. Please note that all services have to be paid in advance. If you cannot pay the full amount for one of my programs at once, please let me know so that we can find a solution.

What to expect after a session?

After a session, you go through a so-called integration phase in which your entire system adapts to the positive changes. Some experience only the positive effects of the intended transformation, others have slight detoxification symptoms, gain new insights, or are just a little tired. Please be gentle with yourself in the days after a deep transformation and try to avoid alcohol during the first 24 hours so as not to interfere with integration.
