What to expect from a session?

Each session starts with an exploration phase of the issue you want to resolve. During the following clearing and transformation, I will gently guide you through the process. My approach is very intuitive and my goal is to keep the transformation as gentle and effective as possible for you.
A session usually takes between 60 and 100 minutes.

How to prepare for a session?

Please allow 2 hours of undisturbed time for a session. If you have a headset it would be good to use that. Set up your computer or tablet in a way that you are comfortable during the session and I can see your face.

What software or app do I need for the online video chat?

I usually work with Zoom, a free program that runs very stable on all systems. Usually not even an installation is needed. I’ll send you a link that you click just before our appointment starts. This will automatically redirect you to our meeting room and connect you to me. If you have never worked with Zoom before, please try the link before to make sure that everything works perfectly.

How to schedule a session?

Sessions can be scheduled via the contact form, by e-mail to jana[at] or on Facebook. Please let me know in which time zone you are and at what time you will be available for a session in the next few days.

How can I pay for your services?

The preferred payment method is bank transfer, but you can also pay via PayPal.
Please note that my services must be paid in advance. If you cannot pay the full amount for one of my programs at once, please let me know so that we can find a solution.

What to expect after a session?

After a session, you go through a so-called integration phase in which your entire system adapts to the positive changes. Some people don’t notice anything, others have slight detox symptoms, or are just a little tired. Please be gentle with yourself in the days after a deep transformation and try to avoid alcohol during the first 24 hours so as not to interfere with integration.
