I’ve seen a lot of posts on Social Media lately where people talk about their gifts, about how they have rejected certain traits in themselves and now realize how gifted and special they are. And something about theses posts often felt off to me. – And no, it’s not that I disagree that these people are gifted and special.
The off-ness that I feel there, the friction in the energy flow (that’s how I perceive it), is that in some way they’re missing the point of what’s actually going on. As if the insight did not quite land yet, the process of realization is not yet completed and thus the picture given so far is imbalanced.
And I am not sharing this with you to judge anyone – I celebrate all of you – but to give anyone who is interested a glimpse of the bigger picture that I perceive here.
The human experience is designed so that to a great extend we forget who we truly are. We forget our Divine nature. And we do so that we can experience and possibly re-discover ourSelf from a new perspective. Currently we are in a cycle of accelerated remembering ( = awakening). More and more people re-connect with their Divine nature.
Thus, the point of the experiences that so many are sharing right now is not ‘I am special because I am super psychic’, or ‘I am so gifted because I am a great manifestor’, or ‘I am so great because I am a natural healer’… – The point is that you are perfect because you are God incarnate. You are Divine in nature.
And so is everyone else.
The diseased and ugly is just as special and perfect as the healthy and beautiful, the enlightened is just as perfect as the totally unaware, the ego is just as Divine as God itself. It is merely a different experience.
The next time you come across people sharing how super psychic or spiritual they are, what a big soul or whatever else:
No need to admire or envy them for their special gifts.
No need to judge them for their spiritual ego.
But maybe use it as a reminder: This is what it looks like when someone begins to remember their own Divinity.
And it is in me and you and everyone else.
Beauty in all aspects of creation.
Perfection in all that is.
