What are we really seeking on this path?
I often ask myself that when I surf through the Social Media world and see people announce – once again – that they have now really reached ultimate ecstasy, channeled the highest vibration, achieved the greatest manifestations.
Higher, better, faster, more. As if the Divine were handing out awards for spiritual superlatives.
I’ve seen a lot of posts on Social Media lately where people talk about their gifts, about how they have rejected certain traits in themselves and now realize how gifted and special they are. And something about theses posts often felt off to me. – And no, it’s not that I disagree that these people are gifted and special.
The off-ness that I feel there..
And one of the things that have really unlocked for me lately is my sense for the holographic nature of our universe. There was a moment when it just clicked and from there it is unfolding. Now I see, I feel, I recognize it everywhere.
Everything is contained within everything.
Everything is already here.
Always.
And we simply choose which parts of the ALL we attune to.
“Just have faith; it will all work out in your favor”
“Abundance is all around you; you just need to receive it.”
“Just let it go and relax.”
All that sounds and feels great when it matches your current experience. But let’s be honest: when you’re not there, it feels more like a slap in the face! – Wouldn’t you be doing it by now if it really was that easy!?
As empaths we feel what others feel. We feel the inner struggles of our loved ones, the suppressed anger of our co-workers and the distress of the people in public places. And most often we are so used to feeing all of this that we do not even recognize we are doing it. This just seems and the way we function. We appear to live a life at the mercy of everyone else’s emotions.
