They do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or therapeutic treatment and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by doctors, psychotherapists, or licensed practitioners. Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Services
The services offered are intended for personal development and self-awareness. Coaching is a voluntary and self-responsible process. The coach and mentor make no promises of healing, and specific success or concrete results cannot be guaranteed.

2. Client Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for their physical and psychological well-being during and after sessions. Sessions may touch on personal or emotional topics, and inner processes may continue beyond the session. Clients agree to engage in this work with self-responsibility and to take appropriate care of themselves, allowing time and space to integrate their experiences. Participation assumes normal mental and physical resilience. If you have existing health concerns, please seek professional advice before participating.

3. Booking and Payment
By booking a service, a binding agreement is concluded. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Individual sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment. For later cancellations or missed appointments, the agreed fee will be charged in full. Separate cancellation conditions may apply for seminars or events.

5. Cancellation by the Provider
The provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or events for important reasons. In such cases, prepaid fees will be fully refunded or credited toward a new appointment. No further claims arise.

6. Online Sessions
Online sessions take place via suitable digital communication platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the necessary technical requirements

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. If the service is to begin within this period, the client expressly agrees that the service may start before the withdrawal period expires. If the client withdraws from the contract after the service has begun, a reasonable amount may be charged for services already provided. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires.

8. Confidentiality and Copyright
All information shared during the collaboration will be treated confidentially. All content published on this website or provided to clients or participants is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on this website.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email).

If the service is to begin within this period, the client expressly agrees that the service may start before the withdrawal period expires. If the client withdraws from the contract after the service has begun, a reasonable amount may be charged for services already provided. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires.
