Terms & Conditions

Payment and cancellation policy
We regard your booking as a contract. Payments are due in full at the time of booking, reservation, or investment unless a payment plan applies. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend a 1:1 session you may reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any later cancellations or missed sessions will be charged fully. By agreeing to book any of our services you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation of an event by the organizer
We are authorized to cancel a 1:1 session or an event in exceptional cases and to arrange an alternative date in mutual agreement with the client. We are authorized to cancel an event if 1 week prior to the start of the event the minimum number of participants has not been reached, or if other conditions essential for the realization of the event have changed. However, we always aim to run courses even if they are not fully attended. Participation fees already paid will be refunded immediately in such cases. Further claims for compensation are excluded.

Responsibility of the client
The client acknowledges that he is fully responsible for his mental and physical health during a session, a seminar, or a workshop. The client acknowledges that all steps and actions taken during a session, a seminar, or a workshop lies within his own responsibility.

Copyright
All content published on this website or handed over to the client or attendee is protected by copyright; its usage and dissemination require our explicit permission.

Place of jurisdiction
German law shall apply to the business relationship between the client and us, insofar as nothing else has been explicitly agreed. Place of fulfillment and the sole court of jurisdiction for all parties is the organizer’s place of business.

Confidentiality
We shall be bound to treat with utmost confidentiality all texts and facts made known to me during the course of my work for you. No content or details of the sessions will be shared in any way.
